In a sense - Innocence

When sleepers lied
awake and apart
morals have [now] dyed
affection their art.
The stars have cast
shadows on their bed
Their attempt the last
To wake the guilty dead,
Searching and lost
unknowingly the victim
Never knowing the cost
that slowly kills them.
