Is this what you call courtesy?
Fake it a little longer
and the letdown will be less harsh
I'm prepared for the ominous crush
Heart strings knotted
and pulled every which way
it was my direction you nodded
and you told me to stay
The cheat and the liar
faking your complete innocence
In a sense, dependant
Were you ever worth my time?
and now I'm faking this very rhyme
In disbelief you would lead me on
and leave me hanging in the balance
of 2 hearts
and cut the string
while I was spun aroud

When did this become middle school?
I've seen more guts in 10 year old kids.
